Free Click and Collect

CLICK & COLLECT IS A FREE SERVICE

All items are available via contactless Click and Collect.

A Click and Collect order will require collection from a physical store.

We hold Click and Collect orders for up to 30 days.

If an extension is needed due to special circumstances please contact the store using the store details under the Store Finder on our website.

How it works?

1. Checkout - Go to checkout once the items you want are in your basket

2. Billing information - Fill in your details

3. Shipping method - In the shipping method select "Free in-store pick-up" at the store of choice

4. Payment details - Fill in your details

5. Confirm & Process Order - Finalise your order using this link

6. Confirmation - You will receive an order confirmation email & receipt

7. Arrange pick up time - A member of the Connection team will contact you to say hi and arrange a time for collection.
