Description:
Digestion is a blend of oils which have traditionally been used to help relieve the symptoms of mild digestive upsets, bloating and nausea.

With Essential Oils of:
Chamomile Roman (Anthemis nobilis)
Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum)
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
Coriander (Coriandrum Sativum)
Lemongrass (Cymbopogon flexuosus)
Spearmint (Mentha spicata)

Use: 3-4 drops in a vaporiser or oil burner. 3 drops with 10mL of carrier oil for massage and apply to abdomen or lower back.
